I am excited about the colors this Fall. They are very wearable, and they are in the stores. I walked through Dillard’s this weekend and found all the colors.
Reds: All tones of reds from cool burgundy, true red, rusty red, (bright, muted, light, deep) Select your best red and enjoy!
Browns: This is the highlight of the season. I found lots of browns from rusty brown to chocolate brown.
Grays: A lighter version of black is also available for my cooler clients. Black will always be prevalent.
Camels/Khakis: a beautiful neutral for blondes. We have not seen camel in a long time.
Olive Greens: for my green-eyed clients, this is your season to buy lots of lime green to olive green.
Denim Blues: Whether the garment is a denim fabric or the color of denim. Everyone can wear this color.
Navy Blues: Unusual to see navy in the Fall, but I love it.
Pastels: In contrast, wear your best neutral with a flattering pastel. (Winter white, very light version of all colors.)
Can you see why I am so excited about the trendy colors? Go shopping and find your most flattering colors.
Animal Prints: All animal prints and lots of different colors.
Sheer fabrics: A continuation from summer.
Fringes: They are on dresses, jackets and skirts. (very western)
Straight to wide Pants: I also tapered pants too, so select what is your most flattering width of pants.
Bermuda shorts: Knee-length and worn with a jacket.
Capes: Capes are a great option in Texas as our coat.
Preppy/Ladylike Outfit: Think of cardigans, skirts, dresses, jackets.
Longer lengths: Skirts and dresses are knee-length and down to over-the-calf.
