Blinc Amplified Mascara

Throughout the years, many of our clients have fallen in love with Blinc, a revolutionary no-smudge, no-flake, water resistant mascara from Japan. Rather than “painting” layers onto your lashes, Blinc Mascara forms individual solid tubes around each lash, preventing the mascara from clumping, smudging, running, or flaking. Blinc also requires no harsh or greasy makeup removers. Simply apply warm water and some light pressure and the tubes will slide right off.
