2010 Resolutions: The New & Improved You
Each year we make resolutions to improve ourselves. I challenge you to keep your resolutions this year. Make a list of your resolutions and put a “by when” completion date next to each one. Give this list to a friend who you will report to weekly. I have found that putting “by when” dates on my calendar is the key to success.
Accomplishing our goals makes us feel good about ourselves. In the next few installments of our Image Tips Blog we will share some of our resolution suggestions for helping you look and feel your best in 2010.
