True Fit?

True Fit?

Predictions on how clothes fit?  Tired of ordering online and exchanging for a new size a few days later?

Today the Wall Street Journal highlighted  a new technology called: True Fit.  The program was created by two mathematicians and unveiled this week on several retailer’s sites.   It can be so frustrating to be one size in one style and a completely different size in another.

One thing I like about this program is that it relies on clothing sizing based on clothes you already have in your closet.   Basically the program asks you a few questions to get started and then goes on to ask questions about what fits you well that you already have in your closet.

To use the program you must first take a few minutes to create a login.  This way the system can keep track of what you purchase and over time learn more about what fits you the best.  Next, you will need to input in a few of your measurements and answer a few questions.  I would allow 10 minutes to get all your information into the computer.

You can view a video about True Fit at: WSJ.com/Fashion.  Check it out, it just might save you time and save you a few returns in the meantime!
